Gathered Walls ("we", "us") is a small independent studio based in Tasmania, Australia, selling printable wall art. This policy explains what information is handled when you visit gatheredwalls.com, buy from our Etsy shop, or interact with our social media presence. The short version: we collect as little as possible, and we never sell personal information.

Information we collect

Our website is a simple informational site. You can browse it without creating an account, and we do not ask you for personal details anywhere on it.

• Server and security logs. Like almost every website, our hosting and content-delivery providers (including Cloudflare) automatically record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This is used only to keep the site secure and working, and is retained by those providers under their own policies.
• Purchases. All sales happen on Etsy. When you buy from our Etsy shop, your order, payment, and contact details are collected and processed by Etsy under the Etsy Privacy Policy. We see only what Etsy shows sellers (such as your name and order details) and use it solely to fulfil your order and respond to your messages.
• Downloads. Some purchases include download links hosted on our content-delivery service. Standard technical logs apply as above; no account is required.
• Correspondence. If you contact us (for example via Etsy messages), we keep the conversation so we can help you and honour our customer-service promises.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or marketing cookies on gatheredwalls.com. Essential cookies may be set by our infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare) strictly for security and performance. Third-party sites we link to — Etsy, Pinterest, and font or content-delivery services — may set their own cookies when you visit them, governed by their own policies.

Social media

We maintain profiles on platforms such as Pinterest to share our artwork. We see only the aggregate statistics and public interactions those platforms show to account owners.

How we use information

We use the limited information described above only to operate the website, deliver purchased files, provide customer support, and understand at an aggregate level how our shop is doing. Sharing

We share information only with the service providers needed to run things — our web host, content-delivery provider, and Etsy as our marketplace — and only to the extent needed for them to do their jobs, or where the law requires it.
